Missourian for Choice Missourians for Choice was launched in 1990 as a statewide nonprofit, bipartisan political organization. MFC seeks to identify and support pro-choice candidates in state legislative, state senate, and statewide races in Missouri. Missourians for Choice also presents the annual Kenneth C. Hill Founders Award to an individual in recognition of steadfast dedication to the issue of choice and his/her ability to translate that belief into action.
